This has been a long time coming this one. This is the first cover piece I've done on Sonic the Comic - Online in 13 years. God where has the time gone?
Anyways, this challenging piece was conceived about a year and a half ago when the call came to develop a cover featuring Sonic Vs. Robotnik. For a few days I was baffled, but then I was inspired by the artwork of HALO 5: Guardians. And so the initial inspiration was born, and from there it just a matter of working out the various elements in place.
